We would like to inform you that in accordance with the approval of The COMMISSION de SURVEILLANCE du SECTEUR FINANCIER of the Grand Duchy Of Luxembourg, dated July 28th 2016 and retification of the Minister of Finance, dated September 21st 2016, Bank Leumi (Luxembourg) S.A. has ceased its operational activity starting July 14th 2016 and rendered its banking license.
