The Bank has adhered to the deposit-guarantee scheme of the AGDL (Association pour la garantie des dépôts, Luxembourg). The scheme guarantees to the depositors, pursuant to the provisions set by the law and by the articles of incorporation of the AGDL,
(i) in the event of deposits becoming unavailable due to insolvency, the payment of a maximum of € 20.000,- for the aggregate number of accounts and/or deposits with the Bank and
(ii) in the event of claims arising out of investment transactions becoming unavailable due to insolvency, the payment of a maximum of € 20.000,- for the aggregate claims arising out of investment transactions towards the Bank.
Companies are generally excluded from the benefit of the scheme.
